Our experience of design ranges from traditional stone-work proposals, to modern features that include large amounts of glazing. We understand that the internal layout and functionality of a house, and how this interacts with the outside space, is as important, if not more important, than the external appearance of the house, and work with clients so that our designs enable the home lifestyle they desire.

Listed Building Planning Permission

We have experience in householder planning applications on Grade II listed buildings, and work with planning authorities to ensure the character of the buildings are respected, but to also achieve the design aspirations of our clients.
